Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Majestic Store. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the conditions below.


1. Returns

  • You may return your order within 60 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at majesticstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn jewellery (including ear cuffs and earrings).

  • Personal care products.

  • Gift cards or downloadable items.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.


4. Exchanges

  • At this time, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange, please email us at majesticstore@gmail.com.


5. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at majesticstore@gmail.com with photos of the product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
